Obesity isnt caused by high carbs or sugar, its caused by anti-nutrients in vegetables & fruit & low levels of vitamin c, & low hcl acid in the stomach

  1. If this were true, wouldn’t all vegetarians be morbidly obese? It’s true that *some* fruits and vegetables can block proper absorption of other nutrients (for example, soy), but the majority of fruits, grains, vegetables and legumes work very well together in the proper combinations.

    If you could post the peer reviewed article/journal that speaks of these “huge amounts of anti-nutrients”, that would be great.

      There’s no such thing as combinations of fruit & grains, as all plants contain malformed amino acids & incomplete proteins

      Plants are never meant to be digested directly, as theyre meant to be used as secondary products, the basic foundation for creating complete amino acids & complete proteins

      In short impossible to emulate the proteins & amino acids in meat

      Also we dont eat nutrients, as the body doesnt have a system of digesting food directly

      We eat microbacteria, which DIGESTS food for us

      This is the main reason plants are so dangerous, as they have ridiculously low levels of bacteria

      Which is why the vast majority of a plants have huge amounts of undigestible fibre & cellulose

      Which is why ALL plants & grains need to be fermented & sprouted

      To defeat the anti-nutrients & inject huge amounts of bacteria to dramatically reduce the levels of poisons in all plants

      You have to ferment them, fermenting also dramatically increases the nutrient contents of plants

      Eating plants without fermenting them is insane & highly deleterious

      • I’m sorry, but a lot of what your posts are talking about don’t really match up. Cancer and aids aren’t illnesses? Vegetarians all have reduced immune systems? Stem cells? The idea that only our microbacteria are responsible for digestion? Plants are dangerous unless fermented? Everything that you are writing about flys in the face of what is taught in high school and college classes (both basic Biology, and general Health!).

        I have been a vegetarian for 16 years, ever since I was 13. I am never ill, and always get a perfect bill of health from my doctor each year. I had to convince my parents that vegetarianism was viable/safe…you have no idea how much research I had to do, how many nutritionists and teachers I had to speak to.

        Sorry to say, but your theories on biological processes, combined with the odd comment you left on my blog (which I responded to, if you’re interested in learning more) make me believe you have learned a lot of half truths and put them together inaccurately.

        Again, if you know of any real scientific journals that support your ideas, I’d love to read them!

          All seeds are dangerous, as theyre designed to propogate plants, seeds arent designed to be eaten

          This is why all whole grains are dangerous & cause massive osteoporosis & dramatically destroy the immune system

          All plants grown in soil depleted soils & mono cropped become highly stressed
          This causes them to become highly poisonous as a defence mechanism

          Plants grown in highly depeleted soils & mono-cropped release pesticides hundreds of times more dangerous then regular artificial pesticides

          These are all well known facts

          Also its well known cancer & aids, auto-immune diseases arent diseases …. theyre natural immune system responses, which is why theyre called auto-immune diseases

    That’s why you SPROUT them. Then they become nutrient dense and digestible.

    Let me ask you this; do you grow any of your own food at all?

    You don’t even need a yard to do that you know. You can grow food inside your home with organic soil (inexpensive from Home Depot).

    And some people, like me, ARE sprouting and fermenting and have been doing it since childhood. What about you?

    But you are wrong that ALL plants need to be fermented. A small amount of fermented food daily is all we need. The rest does not need to be fermented.

    I mean the stuff you write, about sprouting and fermenting is stuff that raw vegans have already been doing for decades. You write as if you’ve just discovered this, and if you have, are very late to the game.
